Joly Car Rental

1. Hirer age should be above 24 years old.
2. We calculate a day 24hrs cycle from 9am to 9:00am. Beyond 9:00am full day rent applicable.
3. We follow 02 days minimum hire policy. (Exceptional for South Goa)
4. Driver fees and airport charges applicable.
   (Delivery charges may vary according to your location)
5. Airport Parking/Toll charges (if any) has to be paid by hirer.
6. Hirer must have a two years valid Indian Driving License. Or must have a Driving Permit if he/she has an International Driving License.
7. Full amount to be paid upfront by CASH/Gpay/IMPS during delivery of the vehicle.
8. One original photo ID (Aadhaar/Voter/DL of spouse/friend) to be submitted with us towards security. That will be returned on returning the car.
   (Only on request from the office)
9. Fuel to be returned at the same level as received on day 01 (No refund for extra fuel)
10. Cars to be driven within Goa only.
11. The cars are for use only on road driving and not for OFF ROAD DRIVING.
12. Any vehicle damage from an outside party or Valet, the Hirer will be Liable to pay the damages incurred.
13. Seat belt to be worn at all times by the driver and passengers. Drinking and Driving is not permitted.
14. Parking only in designated areas. (Any fine resulting in the same to be borne by the hirer)
15. Self driven cars doesn’t come with luggage carriers, and cars are not decorated.
16. Please check the car for valuables once the car is being returned, as we will not be responsible for anything left in the car.
17. All reservations are covered with comprehensive insurance that limits a user’s liability.
